Marketing Communications Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected property business. You will develop a customer relationships strategy to build and improve relationships with both office and retail customers. This will include developing both a communication plan and action plan to engage with customers.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop a communication plan to drive engagement with customers.
• Grow the social media strategy, increasing engagement, landing key messages and managing internal stakeholder relations.
• Develop Pardot and salesforce data with the CRM Team to maximise opportunity from the plan
• Create and deliver email schedules against the plan, reporting performance and recommendations for future emails.
• Produce processes and templates to support the efficient delivery of the communication plan in partnership with the Brand Marketing team
• Utilise the existing CRM Platform, Salesforce to manage customer data, continuously identifying improvements and managing their implementation..
• Identify key customers with whom we can develop a strategic marketing relationship and develop joint marketing plans and campaigns at assets.
• Ensure asset and marketing teams collaborate with and support partner marketing strategies, campaigns, events and communications
• Manage the marketing relationships with all customers based at multiple locations..
• Create reports and analyse data to assess performance and make recommendations on how to grow the customer forums, identifying further opportunities to meet the requirements of the customer.
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
• A background in property, built environment or shopping centres
• Demonstrate experience in developing and executing communications plans to customers
• CRM experience and it’s essential that you have used and are advance knowledge of Salesforce
• Ideally has experience of content / digital asset management systems
• Experience of communicating with and managing a variety of stakeholders
• A track record in developing social media strategies
