Do you have a background in customer service with an interest in Finance?
Our client located in the heart of London are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join their fast-paced customer service team on an initial 1 year commitment! The role is hybrid working, being 3 days working from home and 2 days in office!
This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance customer service or at least 1 year within the field. They further require an individual who will bring a positive and calm manner into a busy office, and have a passion to learn and adapt to any given situation. Both strong verbal and written skills are essential as you will be working with important clientele!
Duties include:
- Adding clients personal data to the system
- Liaising with clients solving any issues
- Verifying documentation
- Inbox management
The company has a swish city centre office and is a great location to work. They also have a 6-month review where your earnings could potentially rise to £16ph!
