If so we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Guest and Events Coordinator at an established investment bank based in City in London, paying £12 per hour.

As a key member of the reception team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, and handling various administrative duties. However, a central element of this role will be organising events. The company in question hosts numerous events and conferences each month, and it will be your task to liaise with clients to book and organise these events. This will include giving clients tours of the office space, planning attendance and layout, and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made as per the client's specifications.

In this client-facing role, personality is of the utmost importance. The ideal candidate will be confident in talking to clients and able to build strong relationships with them. You will also need to be proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the role, experience in customer service, high-end retail, or as a receptionist would be beneficial.
