Remote Entry level Customer Support Position

A leading startup Healthcare company are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and efficient customer support administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This fantastic company launched 2 years ago and have only just reached the UK, therefore they have a huge international feel as well as brilliant career growth opportunities.
This position is all about the customer- being their point of contact and a helping hand. By liaising over their E-Chat, to emails, to motivating the customers with their healthcare journey you will be asked to be the first point of call for any queries of questions- there will be some administration duties too!
Due to the nature of the business, some extended hours will be required and the occasional ad-hoc Saturday. Typical working hours will be 8am-5pm.
