Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a company located in Brussels and specialized in professional services. You will play an active role in the administrative organization of a key department within the company. Missions are to be executed in Brussels. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits. Our client offers a permanent contract.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Agenda management
- Travel arrangements
- Handling email boxes and some phones calls
- Following-up on customers’ orders, supplies and invoices
- Assisting with other administrative and activities for the office
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), a good command of Dutch is a plus
- You have an administrative degree or you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar function
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Stress-resilient, flexible and service oriented
- Proactive, team-player yet autonomous
- Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
