Event & Marketing Officer

Looking for an Event & Marketing Officer position? We have a job for you!

Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Event & Marketing Officer for one of our clients, a company in the pharmaceutical sector, in Brussels. From December to end of January, you will be working full-time with the workforce advisor and you will provide her with some marketing content support on social media. Our client is organizing a job day and is looking for a talented professional who can create, manage and promote content on social media but who can also create a mini-website at that occasion. Missions are to be executed in the Brussels office. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits (LV, travel expenses covered). This is a pure two-months interim.

The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

• Project Management
• Mini-website management
• Digital marketing and social media content management
• Assist with event activities

Essential Skills and Experience :

• Excellent French and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Creative, fast-learner, solution-oriented
• Dynamic, proactive, team-player yet autonomous
