Part-Time Receptionist for Luxury Supplier

A unique organisation based in Birmingham are looking for a part-time receptionist to join their team in an ongoing temporary position till the end of summer! This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to develop their front-of-house and administrative skill set, supporting the team during their busiest time of the year!

Some of your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Meeting and greeting visitors and guests

·         Handling any initial telephone and email enquiries on the front desk in a friendly, professional manner

·         Supporting clients with their orders and checking/updating information on the systems

·         Undertaking any additional administrative duties required

The successful candidate will have previous reception or administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT and Microsoft Office and the confidence to liaise with visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. You will be working with a very friendly, supportive team of people, collaboratively providing an exceptional level of services to their clientele!

This is a part-time, ongoing temporary role based onsite, requiring an immediate start initially till September. The hours are 11:00 - 15:00, Monday - Friday, and you must be willing to commit to this for the duration of the assignment.
