Office Coordinator / Assistant – Knightsbridge Family Office
A family office in Knightsbridge is recruiting an Office Coordinator/Assistant to join a driven, entrepreneurial family with global philanthropic interests.
The ideal candidate will be IT-minded, comfortable coordinating with IT and facilities vendors, and able to follow guided technical instructions remotely.
You will maintain and manage an ongoing task list, with working proficiency in Word and Excel.
A hands-on, self-driven, proactive, solutions-focused approach is essential — you will be expected to take ownership of day-to-day office operations, including receiving deliveries and liaising with couriers and suppliers.
Occasional out-of-hours availability for phone calls is required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a family office, executive support, or high-end hospitality (luxury hotel) environment
Proven track record of hands-on operational support
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Based in the Knightsbridge office, 5 days per week
Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm, with flexibility as needed
