This is a pivotal role at the heart of the team, acting as the primary point of contact for fee earners and playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will provide high-level organisational, administrative, and client-facing support, helping to deliver an outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of compliance processes for fee earners and assist with tender processes, including preparation and submission of documentation.
  • Provide essential operational support, including photocopying, arranging couriers, handling post, and general office coordination.
  • Attend team meetings, take accurate minutes, and maintain a visible and proactive presence within the team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for fee earners and clients, delivering a high standard of service and efficiently handling queries and issues.
  • Support fee earners with business development activities, including pitch and presentation preparation, scheduling meetings, and assisting with tenders, directories, and internal/client-facing initiatives.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar Legal PA or Legal Secretary role within a legal or professional services environment.
