A successful and fast-growing business group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to its Founder. Operating across a diverse portfolio of more than 30 businesses, with strong links to the music and entertainment industry, this is a dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation offering a vibrant, collaborative working environment. The culture is energetic, supportive and hands-on, built on trust, adaptability and strong working relationships across the team.

The Role
You will act as a trusted right hand to the Founder, ensuring both business and personal priorities are managed efficiently and effectively. This is a pivotal role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while also supporting a wide range of ongoing projects and ventures.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Full management of a complex diary and schedule.
  • Coordination of UK and international travel arrangements.
  • Handling correspondence and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting multiple business projects and operational activities.
  • Driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Managing expenses, administration and general office support as required.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.
About You
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting a CEO, Founder or senior executive within a growing or entrepreneurial business.
  • Strong organisational skills, professionalism and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
  • Experience or knowledge within entertainment, media, music or creative industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across different areas of the business are key to success in this role.
