Our client, a Professional Services firm with an impressive Central London office, is looking for a confident and personable Receptionist to join them on a temporary basis for holiday and short-term cover. Working within a fast-paced corporate environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining a high standard of front-of-house service.


The Role
  • Welcoming clients and guests
  • Managing a busy switchboard and handling calls professionally
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor schedules
  • Supporting with office coordination and administration
  • Assisting with hospitality and office presentation
  • Providing seamless front-of-house support to the wider business
  • Ad hoc facilities support

About You
  • Previous corporate reception or luxury hospitality experience
  • Calm, professional and highly organised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working within polished office environments
  • Flexible, proactive and immediately available for temporary assignments
