PA to Head of Legal and Office Manager

This highly prestigious Asset Management Firm based in the CITY is looking for an experienced Board PA who will coordinate and prep 6 board meetings a year with prepping agenda with the Head of Legal , typing up minutes etc

The other responsibilities include setting up the boardroom , organising refreshments as well as diary management, organising travel  for the board members

75% of the role is Board PA ; the rest of the role is 25% Office Management
