HOUSE MANAGER / PRIVATE PA – GERMANY, FRANCE & AUSTRIA

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly polished House Manager / Private PA to support a successful entrepreneur across three prestigious European residences located in Germany, France and Austria.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for a discreet, internationally minded candidate who is accustomed to operating within high-end private households and luxury environments. The principal leads an elegant and sophisticated lifestyle, therefore professionalism, emotional intelligence, and impeccable presentation are essential.
The successful candidate will primarily be based in Germany from Monday to Thursday, whilst overseeing the seamless management of all three properties and ensuring exceptional standards are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Full household and property management across multiple luxury residences
• Coordination of household staff, contractors, suppliers, and maintenance schedules
• Managing household operations with precision and discretion
• Supporting the principal with private PA duties and lifestyle management
• Hosting and liaising confidently with VIP guests and high-profile visitors
• Travel coordination and oversight of seasonal property requirements
• Ensuring all residences operate to five-star hospitality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a House Manager within UHNW or luxury private households
• Previous experience managing multiple international properties is essential
• Experience working in France would be highly advantageous
• Strong administrative and organisational capability combined with hands-on household management experience
• Fluent English essential
• German language skills are highly desirable
• French language skills would be a significant advantage
• European or British passport holders with the legal right to work in Germany
• Impeccably presented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated longevity and stability within previous roles
• Comfortable working within a high-expectation, luxury lifestyle environment
This role may suit a German national looking to return home after working internationally, or an experienced international House Manager seeking a long-term position within an established and sophisticated private household.
Salary: €140,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
