PA to Founder
PA to the Founder, based in their glossy offices in Birmingham city centre, offering a salary up to £45,000.
A fast-growing entrepreneurial group spanning Asian music, entertainment, and real estate is seeking its first dedicated PA to support the Founder. This newly created role sits at the heart of the business, offering a rare opportunity to join a high-growth organisation during an exciting phase of expansion.
With 36+ companies and a strong presence in Bollywood and Bhangra music alongside property and entertainment ventures, the group has a close-knit, non-corporate culture where collaboration and pace define how they work.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will take full ownership of an ever-changing diary, including coordinating extensive UK and international travel.
- Manage correspondence and stakeholder relationships with professionalism.
- Ensure projects remain on track across multiple business interests.
- Play a key role in helping the business scale by introducing structure, improving processes, and supporting day-to-day operations across administration, expenses, and light HR responsibilities.
- Managing office supplies, and meetings.
- Efficiently manage invoices and expenses, supporting with financial administration.
Key Requirements:
- You will bring proven PA or EA experience, ideally gained within an entrepreneurial, founder-led, or family-run business environment.
- Exposure to the entertainment industry would be highly advantageous.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities with confidence.
- A natural relationship-builder, you will be equally comfortable coordinating the schedule of a recording artist as you are supporting discussions within a property business.
This role requires someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and consistently delivers to a high standard. An appreciation of, or genuine affinity with, Bollywood and Bhangra culture would be a strong advantage and will help you integrate seamlessly into the business.
Within this role no two days will look the same, and this role will include travel. This is a true 360-degree role spanning both professional and personal support, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
