Customer Service Superstar – West End – £14ph
We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Inbound Customer Services Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in the West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping customers and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues
• Updating customer records and processing requests
• Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets
What We’re Looking For
• Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confident using computer systems and databases
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
• Reliable and able to work a rotating 3/2 shift pattern
