Support Hub Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join an Operations team as a Support hub Analyst (hybrid). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in finance, operations, or fintech.
You will play a key role in supporting clients, resolving queries, and contributing to the smooth running of financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support
- Act as a first point of contact for incoming client queries
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Operational & Financial Support
- Assist with compliance processes and rebate calculations
- Support accounts payable activities, including invoice processing
- Monitor and validate financial data and adjustments
- Data & Administration
- Perform accurate data administration tasks
- Support supplier onboarding and system updates
- Contribute to reporting and continuous process improvement
About You
Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent), ideally with an interest in finance or business
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a team
Desirable:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Exposure to finance or accounts payable processes
