Support Hub Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join an Operations team as a Support hub Analyst (hybrid). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in finance, operations, or fintech.


You will play a key role in supporting clients, resolving queries, and contributing to the smooth running of financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support
  • Act as a first point of contact for incoming client queries
  • Investigate and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Operational & Financial Support
  • Assist with compliance processes and rebate calculations
  • Support accounts payable activities, including invoice processing
  • Monitor and validate financial data and adjustments
  • Data & Administration
  • Perform accurate data administration tasks
  • Support supplier onboarding and system updates
  • Contribute to reporting and continuous process improvement

About You

Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent), ideally with an interest in finance or business
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a team

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Exposure to finance or accounts payable processes
