Client Operations Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Client Operations Assistant to join a progressive and forward-thinking fintech company based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This role will see you acting as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while working collaboratively to support the wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries via phone, email, and online channels while delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day issues efficiently, ensuring clients and colleagues are kept informed throughout the process.Support a range of operational and administrative activities, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and accurately.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers, contributing to continuous improvements and a positive customer experience.
  • Take ownership of key support tasks, including supplier onboarding and assisting clients with invoice and payment-related queries.
Successful candidates will have previous experience within a client-facing role, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve queries effectively. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering an outstanding level of support and service.
