Client Support Assistant with a Financial Element in Tech!

Client Support Assistant 

Birmingham City Centre, Full time, Permanent, Hybrid (2days in office), Salary of 26-27k a year

We’re looking for an Client Support Assistant to join a tech business based in Birmingham City Centre. You will be acting as the first point of contact for clients and delivering high-quality second-line support for compliance.

Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to client queries from multiple channels.
Investigate issues and work quickly to find effective solutions.
Build strong product knowledge across our suite of services.
Keep stakeholders informed on issue resolution and progress.
Communicate confidently via phone, email, and other platforms.
Provide specialist support for compliance and rebate calculations.
Onboard new suppliers into systems and reports with attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate directly with clients and their systems to process invoices.
Build strong relationships and identify ways to improve processes.

Experience:
For this role we are looking for graduate calibre, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively with relevant administration experience and experience working with invoicing. Ideally you will have previous administration experience within a professional service background.
