A high-profile international private bank is seeking a corporate receptionist to join the team in their beautiful Central London office. The ideal candidate will be capable of demonstrating a high level of professionalism and care, completing duties to the best of their ability and exceeding the expectations of the company.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Ensuring a well-kept and tidy reception area, maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Organising client lunches, liaising closely with the catering team
- Booking rooms as soon as requested – you must be comfortable and familiar with this
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience working as a receptionist within financial services environment or a corporate environment
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a warm, inviting character
- Cabin crew experience is a plus
