Personal Assistant – Education Sector

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join a talented and passionate team within the education sector.

Our client, a highly regarded educational organisation, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring rooms, resources, and facilities are arranged appropriately.
  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes for senior leaders and executives.
  • Supporting executives with meeting preparation, including agendas, documentation, and minute-taking where required.
  • Organising national and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate records using internal management and document systems.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and educational or departmental materials to a consistently high standard.
  • Providing flexible support across the executive and administrative teams as required.
  • Managing administrative processes including expenses, invoices, and general office coordination.
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach to work.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal management systems.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
Experience within education, training, or a professional services environment would be advantageous.
