PA - High Profile Birmingham Role

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Birmingham based organisation supporting two Heads of Department in a varied administration and operational support role within a busy professional environment.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can think on their feet and confidently manage advanced diary coordination, including planning up to a year in advance. Key responsibilities will include setting up and supporting meetings, minute taking, and coordinating a variety of internal and external events.
This is a part time role for the right person, ideally someone with experience as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant who can demonstrate strong organisational and coordination skills.
