Senior Digital Marketing Manager

I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and digital growth across a dynamic, fast-paced business in placemaking.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be driving both brand visibility and revenue-generating activity across a diverse portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading paid media strategy and execution across search, social & programmatic

Owning end-to-end digital performance, from traffic to conversion

Managing and optimising CRM (HubSpot) to support lead generation and nurture

Driving pipeline growth through data-led campaigns and lifecycle marketing

Collaborating closely with sales, creative and marketing teams to improve conversion and ROI

Using analytics to continuously refine campaigns and maximise performance

What we’re looking for:

Strong background in paid media + performance marketing (Google, LinkedIn, Meta etc.)

Experience owning or heavily using a CRM platform (ideally HubSpot)

A commercial mindset – you understand how marketing drives revenue

Confidence working across B2B and/or B2C campaigns

Ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns and stakeholders
