Marketing Manager - Shopping Centre

We’re working with a high-profile retail destination in London to find a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy for a thriving shopping environment with a strong mix of retail, leisure, and community engagement.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive footfall, enhance customer experience, and support tenant performance. You’ll be the central figure connecting brand, events, digital, and on-site activations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and calendar

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, in-centre)

Drive footfall and customer engagement through innovative activations and events

Manage agency relationships including PR, creative, and media buying

Oversee social media channels and digital presence

Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly

Work closely with retailers to support store openings, promotions, and trading periods

Manage marketing budgets and reporting

About You

Proven experience in a marketing role within retail, shopping centres, or consumer-facing environments

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy

Experience delivering events and experiential campaigns

Commercially aware with a data-driven mindset

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
