Join a Boutique Financial Services Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join a small, close-knit investment team on a temporary basis, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role

This is a part-time, 3 days a week, opportunity however, does have the capacity to become full-time shortly

The role:
  • You will provide key support in the administration and processing of stocks and shares transactions. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently within a very small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with stocks and shares sales processes
  • Communicating with clients via phone and written correspondence
  • Preparing clear, professional written responses
  • Maintaining a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting compliance-related tasks where required

About You:
  • A legal background or familiarity with legal/compliance frameworks is highly desirable
  • Confident phone manner and strong written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment
This is a boutique office environment and does have a resident office dog
