Executive Academic Private PA (Private Household) – Kensington
Salary: up to £75,000 DOE
A amazing job has arisen for an exceptional Private PA to join a prestigious private family office based in Kensington. This role is suited to a highly academic, polished, and discreet individual with 2–3 years’ experience supporting high-profile individuals within a small private office or household setting.
Working exclusively on a fully on-site basis (5 days per week), you will play a central role in managing the day-to-day personal and administrative affairs of a busy private family. This is a fast-paced, varied position requiring outstanding organisational skills, intellectual agility, and the ability to operate with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex and ever-changing diary and international travel management
- Conducting research projects and producing concise summaries
- Property administration and coordination across residences
- Planning and managing events, logistics, and private entertainment
- Overseeing school schedules and wider family calendars
- Liaising with household staff and external service providers
- Supporting the smooth running of the private household and office operations
Profile:
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Private PA within a private office or UHNW household
- Strong academic background (2:1 or First-Class degree preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Intelligent, articulate, and emotionally mature
- Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently
