Facilities & Client Services Assistant
A Birmingham-based company is currently seeking a proactive and personable individual to support the wider team in a facilities and administrative role on a part-time basis. Working for a well-known Birmingham commercial company, we are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a similar facilities-focused position.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with external stakeholders
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Front of House duties
- Liaising with contractors regarding any maintenance queries
- Speaking to clients to ensure everything is up to a high standard.
- Any ad hoc administration duties that may arise
This is a varied role that goes beyond facilities and building management. We are ideally looking for someone who, whilst ensuring that the day-to-day role is completed, can go the extra mile, putting clients first and making sure that every interaction is a helpful and positive experience.
