A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and proactive Office Coordinator to join a growing life sciences communications business on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with strong potential to be extended or go permanent.
This role sits within a busy Account Management team and is perfect for someone with a life sciences background who is keen to move into a more client-facing, project-based environment (no lab work involved!).
This would particularly suit a recent Life Sciences graduate or someone looking to transition back into the sector after gaining experience elsewhere.
The Role
- Supporting the Account Management team with day-to-day project coordination
- Providing high-quality administrative support to internal teams and external clients
- Assisting with the delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
- Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting proposal development and client presentations
- Contributing to the overall smooth running of accounts and team processes
About You
- Degree or background in Life Sciences preferred
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or account support
- Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to go above and beyond
- A positive, “muck in” attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
