Account Executive

Independent professional services agency is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to become part of its collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver high-quality work for healthcare clients, helping to keep projects on track through clear communication, careful coordination, and strong organisational skills.

This position suits someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in playing a key role in successful client project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of client projects, managing logistics and administrative tasks end-to-end

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, schedules, and status reports

• Attend regular teleconferences to review project status

• Arrange travel, venues, AV requirements, and onsite logistics for events and meetings

• Maintain project schedules, job files, and status reporting systems

• Track project costs and flag budget risks to account leads

• Communicate professionally with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams

• Support preparation of meeting materials, contracts, and documentation

• Assist with research and input into new business opportunities where required

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, finance processes, and industry codes of practice

• Provide occasional onsite and international event support when required

Key Skills:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a medical communications environment 

• Strong organisational and time management skills 

• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach 

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal 

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree educated (preferred) or equivalent project coordination experience 

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 

• Understanding of scientific or healthcare communication (desirable) 

• Flexible and willing to travel when required 

• At least 2 days in office per week
