A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable and proactive Team Assistant to join a growing, sustainability-focused business based in Victoria.

Supporting a small team and reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team organised, supported and running smoothly day-to-day.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is early in their career looking to build on their experience within a collaborative and down-to-earth environment.

The Role

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Supporting the EA with diary management and scheduling
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and general team logistics
  • Assisting with office coordination and ad hoc tasks
  • Being a go-to support for the wider team and helping wherever needed

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience within a team assistant / secretarial role
  • Positive and proactive
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Personable, approachable and a team player
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner
  • Flexible and adaptable in a small, fast-paced environment
