An established community social care provider is looking for an experienced Executive PA & Business Support Manager to assist Board Directors while managing Head Office operations and coordinating business support services across multiple locations. This is a practical, hands-on role that blends executive assistance, facilities/office management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level support to Board Directors (diary, travel, meetings, communications)
• Prepare Board packs, agendas, minutes, and track actions
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders including landlords, contractors, and suppliers
• Oversee Head Office operations and multi-site facilities management
• Manage supplier contracts, utilities, and compliance (H&S, statutory requirements)
• Oversee company vehicle fleet and leasing arrangements
• Lead and develop a small Business Support team
About You
• Extensive experience supporting senior leaders at Executive/Board level
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience managing office operations or facilities (multi-site desirable)
• Confident managing stakeholders and external partners
• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
• Professional, proactive, and highly discreet
Desirable
• Experience in social care, healthcare, or a regulated environment
• Previous team leadership experience
• Exposure to fleet or contract management
