Workplace and Facilities Coordinator
A Birmingham based company is currently seeking a proactive and personable individual to support the wider team in a facilities and administrative role on a part-time basis.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a similar facility focused position. Key responsibilities will include coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner, acting as a key point of contact on reception by answering queries and welcoming visitors, and building and maintaining strong working relationships.
This is a varied role that goes beyond facilities and building management, so strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.
