Our client, an innovative tech business, is looking for upbeat and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Care team on an immediate temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, social and supportive team in a brilliant Central London location. It would particularly suit someone between longer-term roles, saving for travel, or looking for a role with genuine temp-to-perm potential.
You’ll be supporting existing customers with product queries and troubleshooting, delivering a positive customer experience every step of the way.

The Role
  • Handling inbound customer calls and email queries from existing customers
  • Supporting customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
  • Managing calls ranging from quick queries to more in-depth problem-solving conversations
  • Delivering a friendly, solutions-focused customer experience
  • Updating systems accurately with customer notes and outcomes
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

About You

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Positive, engaging and articulate on the phone
  • Comfortable in a phone-based role (80–90% calls)
  • Calm under pressure and confident handling a range of queries
  • A team player who enjoys working in a social, energetic environment
  • Available to start next week
