A medical communications firm is seeking a diligent graduate who can assist the organisation in client communications and demonstrate effective collaboration with team members. Candidates must be driven, proactively undertaking duties assigned by the Account Managers and Account Directors and actively participating in creating solutions where appropriate.
You Will be Responsible For:
- Regularly participating in client teleconferences to review project status and develop accurate and timely meeting summaries
- Delivering administration for allocated projects, to include venue arrangements, onsite logistics and travel, faculty contracts, and equipment organisation
- Communicating with external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner
Experience and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in medical communications
- A scientific degree with 2:1 or above
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
