Our client, a highly regarded professional services firm based in Central London, is looking for a polished and proactive individual to join them on a temporary basis.

This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment. You will support across administration, team coordination, front-of-house, and day-to-day office operations, making you a key part of the wider business.

The Role

  • Providing administrative support to busy teams and senior staff
  • Managing diaries, meeting bookings and calendars
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally
  • Supporting reception and front-of-house duties where required
  • Preparing documents, presentations and reports
  • Updating systems, databases and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks

About You

  • Must have work experience within a corporate office environment
  • Graduate, secretarial qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Confident IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, energetic and eager to help
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Positive team player with a flexible attitude
