Front of House Coordinator Opportunity in Birmingham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly professional and polished Front of House Coordinator to join a highly-regarded professional services firm in their boutique office in Birmingham city centre.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who takes pride in delivering a first-class client experience and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service within a corporate environment. You will act as the face of the organisation, ensuring all visitors receive a seamless and professional experience while supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional front-of-house service as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage meeting rooms end-to-end, ensuring they are consistently prepared to a high standard.
  • Provide corporate hospitality, including the preparation and service of refreshments.
  • Coordinate catering, couriers, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Support client meetings and internal events, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain Health & Safety compliance and support administrative, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to the smooth and professional running of the office.
You must have 
  • Experience in a Front of House or client-facing role within a professional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including diary and meeting coordination.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner.
  • Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to high service standards.
