Operations Coordinator – Join a Dynamic and Growing Team!

Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in a fast-paced business? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to become the backbone of the daily operations of one of our clients based in Edgbaston.

This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same and you’ll be working closely with a supportive Managing Director and contributing across sales, marketing, and client relations.

Roles Duties:
• Supporting the creation of sales proposals and quotations
• Uploading and managing documents
• Coordinating the Managing Director’s diary and meetings, including setting up Teams calls
• Acting as a key point of contact for customer management
• Attending client meetings when required, taking minutes and notes
• Assisting with marketing activities—blogs, website updates, and liaising with our marketing agency
• Providing general ad hoc support across the business

Experience:
We are looking for previous administration, co-ordination, or customer service experience.
