Personal Assistant in a Family Feel Company

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and exceptional PA to join a family feel company, supporting several partners and the wider team. Based in Birmingham with offices nationwide, this varied role combines PA support, administration, office coordination, and involvement in social media and events.

You will work closely with partners and senior leadership while being supported by the wider business support team. Key responsibilities include audio typing, compiling board packs, handling partner communications, and providing high level PA support. You will also oversee day to day office operations, support facilities management, and ensure health and safety requirements and risk assessments are maintained.
The role also includes posting and reporting on social media, helping to organise company events, and occasional front of house responsibilities, requiring a proactive and creative approach. We are looking for someone highly organised, hands on, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, including last minute requests. The successful candidate will enjoy variety and take pride in supporting a collaborative working environment.
