PA to Directors
A recognised UK brand is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware, highly organised individual who thrives on multitasking and delivering at pace.
The role:
- Act as a central point of contact, managing timelines and ensuring clear communication across projects.
- Provide full administrative support including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketing, HR) to support seamless operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
About you:
- Degree educated (or equivalent).
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in project coordination and/or HR processes is advantageous.
