EA to Director
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to support an International Director within a high-growth organisation undergoing significant transformation. This is a critical, high-impact role suited to an experienced EA who operates with confidence at senior levels and thrives in a fast-paced, globally focused, and commercially driven environment.
The Role
- Deliver seamless, high-level executive support, expertly managing a complex international diary, global travel, expenses, and highly confidential communications.
- Act as a trusted ambassador, confidently representing the Director when engaging with clients, partners, Board members, investors, and senior stakeholders globally.
- Drive clarity and momentum at leadership level by tracking key actions, ensuring accountability, and enabling effective communication across the business.
- Play a key role in the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and business-critical projects.
You Will Bring
- Proven experience supporting at C-suite level within a large corporate, international, or professional services environment.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence operating at senior levels.
