Operations Manager – Lead Business Performance & Compliance

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to run the engine room of this Financial Services business. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Oversee finance operations: payroll, reconciliations, accounts support
• Manage regulatory compliance and FCA liaison
• Lead internal processes, reporting (MI), and committees
• Run HR activities including recruitment and reviews
• Own systems, tech stack, and office operations
• Support business planning and marketing initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in operations within a Financial Services regulated environment
• Experience managing teams
• Strong Excel and systems skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
• Degree qualified (Level 4 / PRINCE2 essential / accounting qualification desirable as well)
