Business Support Lead – Professional Services

We are looking for a hands-on Business Support Lead and Office Manager to join us in supporting partners and the wider team. Based in Birmingham, with offices nationwide, this role offers a mix of administration, secretarial duties, office coordination, and a touch of social media.

The role combines classic administrative duties including audio typing, office management, and PA support with tasks such as posting and reporting on social media and helping organise company events, which will require a creative flair.
Supporting the leadership team, you will need to be highly organised and able to manage your own workload as well as handle any last-minute tasks that may arise. This role also includes responsibility for facilities management, ensuring all health and safety requirements and risk assessments are completed and kept up to date.
We are ideally looking for someone who enjoys variety, is proactive and communicates well. There may also be elements of front of house responsibilities, so a positive individual who can contribute to and reflect a great working culture would be highly valued.
