Customer Service Administrator (Membership Renewals) – Temp to Perm Opportunity.

We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Membership Customer Services Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary to potential permanent basis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced environment dealing with a variety of customers on a daily basis.

The Role

You will play a key role in managing membership renewals, ensuring customers are contacted and supported through the renewal process. This role will be based in Canary Wharf with a hybrid full time working pattern.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to members via phone and email to encourage renewals
• Managing membership accounts
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Accurately updating internal systems and records
• Working efficiently to meet targets in a busy environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused role and enjoys engaging with people.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong phone-based experience and confidence speaking with customers
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• The ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail

Desirable:

• Experience working with memberships or renewals

Important:

• You must be comfortable working with IT systems that may not be fully streamlined
