Temporary Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and organised administrator to join a reputable HR team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting a busy office and contributing to smooth, efficient operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Posting job adverts and managing incoming applications.
- Shortlisting candidates to support the recruitment process.
- Assisting with compliance tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Supporting the team with IT-related tasks and ensuring systems run smoothly.
- Helping to maintain office organisation and workflow efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Confident and capable IT user (Microsoft Office and other office systems).
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or office administration (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced office environment.
This role requires the successful candidate to hold a full driving license and have the ability to drive.
