Graduate Office Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Office Coordinator to join a leading property house in Birmingham city centre. This role blends reception, administration, and coordination, providing a key first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression.
- Managing meeting room bookings, diaries, and schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinating catering and refreshments for meetings, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Supporting with travel arrangements, courier bookings, and general office coordination.
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are always organised, presentable, and ready for use.
- Working closely with the wider team to support events and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a professional service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with a range of people
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude, with the willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) is beneficial
