Team Coordinator for Property House

An outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected, boutique commercial property House in the heart of Birmingham.

They are now seeking a polished and proactive Front of House & Office Coordinator to become the face of the business and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the office.

The Role
This is far more than a traditional reception position. You will be the heartbeat of the office creating a seamless, professional and welcoming experience for clients while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering a warm, professional and memorable front-of-house experience for all visitors
  • Managing meeting rooms end-to-end, from preparation and catering to hosting and turnaround
  • Ensuring the office environment reflects the high standards of the business at all times
  • Handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Coordinating travel, couriers and logistics
  • Supporting events, internal initiatives and awards submissions
  • Assisting with compliance processes including fire safety testing and record management
  • Proactively managing diaries and anticipating requirements ahead of meetings
