My Client is seeking  a proactive and personable Team PA / Office Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced  Investment 

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day operations.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience, while also providing essential administrative and expense support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression

Managing front-of-house duties, including reception coverage and meeting room coordination

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team

Assisting with expense processing and reconciliation

Coordinating diaries, bookings, and internal logistics

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Supporting general office management tasks to ensure smooth operations

About You:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident, approachable, and professional in manner

Previous experience in a Team Assistant, PA, Office Assistant, or similar role preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
