Executive Assistant for a prestigious law firm

Looking for an Executive Assistant position? We have a job for you.

Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Office Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.

Salary : monthly salary in line with experience (capped at €5000)
Benefits : Lunch vouchers (€8), transportation allowance, laptop, group insurance, pension plan, hospitalization insurance, eco-cheques, €90 net allowance, 32 vacation days + 5 extra vacation days, GSM + calling plan, 2 days of WFH / per week


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout each assignment
  • Manage end-to-end administrative processes
  • Coordinate meetings and complex travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit presentations and documentation
  • Support billing, expense reporting, and basic financial tracking
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
  • Assist with research and business development activities, updating internal systems accordingly
  • Provide high-level support to senior stakeholders, including calendar and inbox management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide backup support when needed.


Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Perfectly fluent in English
  • Professional, reliable, and highly discreet
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Relevant experience supporting senior professionals, ideally in a professional services setting
