Our client is a world-class international law firm, and they are currently looking for a Junior Legal Personal Assistant. Based in their prestigious Manchester office, you’ll collaborate with senior lawyers across a truly global network, operating at the highest level of professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client projects, help coordinate events, assist with legal directory submissions, and build relationships that contribute to the firm’s profile.
- Prepare client communications, assist with marketing activities, and help maintain the firm’s presence on platforms.
- Attend meetings, take notes where required, and arrange travel and accommodation, including international bookings.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with billing processes, support financial administration tasks, track expenses, and help resolve billing queries.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and keep track of important dates and deadlines.
Prior experience:
Experience in excellent administrative skills or in a support role within a professional service environment, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance setting.
