Legal Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Legal Personal Assistant to join their prestigious Manchester office. Working alongside senior lawyers within a global network, you’ll play a key role in supporting work at the highest level of professional excellence.
This position sits within the Corporate team and offers exposure to high-profile clients and complex, fast-paced work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate high-profile client initiatives, including events, legal submissions, and relationship management activities.
- Produce high-quality client communications and assist with marketing campaigns, contributing to the firm’s visibility across platforms such as LinkedIn and key industry events.
- Manage complex diary scheduling, coordinate meetings, and arrange UK and international travel, including accommodation.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, confidently handling client queries and delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Oversee billing processes end-to-end, including financial housekeeping, expense management, and resolving complex billing queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure seamless organisation of key dates, deadlines, and priorities.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal PA within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Commercially aware, with confidence managing financial processes.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
