Front of House Receptionist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Front of House Receptionist to join a leading property house in Birmingham city centre. This role blends reception, administration, and coordination, providing a key first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and memorable first impression for all clients and visitors.
- Coordinate and manage catering arrangements to meet the specific needs of each meeting.
- Proactively manage diaries and schedules to maximise space and resource availability.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries.
- Organise courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings efficiently.
- Prepare and serve high-quality refreshments, maintaining excellent hospitality standards during meetings.
- Ensure meeting rooms are cleared, reset, and kept pristine, organised, and client-ready at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider support team to assist with events, travel coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Experience using Outlook for diary management and Word for professional correspondence and agendas is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach, using initiative to manage tasks and support the team efficiently.
You will receive Fire Marshal and First Aid training in this role.
